Dire weasels are sleek, tenacious predators often used by kobolds as mounts and guard animals. They resemble normal weasels, but are about six feet long, and may have horns, bone ridges, scales, or other mutations born of their dire nature.

Dire weasels, like their smaller kin, generally attack by latching onto their target and never letting go. While latched on, their target slowly bleeds to death, taking damage each round.
