The spell was introduced in The Strategic Review 1-4 as a spell for Illusionists. Dragon Magazine #12 removed this spell from the Illusionist list.

Creates a moving cloud of vapor that obstructs vision. The cloud moves 6" per turn according to wind direction, or directly away from the caster if there is no wind. It is heavier than air, and so will sink to the lowest level possible.
