Creates a fire with a maximum area of 10 ft. Combustible materials in the area catch fire. The spell can be reversed to extinguish natural flame over the same area.

The caster ignites a fire in the area for one round. The fire produced by the spell causes 1d4 points of damage to creatures, and ignites flammable materials such as cloth, oil, paper, parchment, wood and the like
The reverse extinguishes all fires within the area.
