Turns metal objects into wood, permanently.
Original D&D Edit
Debuted in Supplement 3: Eldritch Wizardry, for the druid.
- Spell Level: 7
- Range: 6"
If the target fails their save, the metal is transmuted into wood. The amount that can be transmuted is equal to 50 GP per druid level. (note: the original text says "SO gold pieces times the level of the druid." This is interpreted here to mean 50 gold pieces).
Transmute Metal to Wood Edit
Debuted in the Player's Handbook as a druid spell.
|Level: 7||School: Alteration|
|Components: V, S, M (mistletoe)|
|Range: 8"||Casting Time: 9 segments|
|Duration: Permanent||Saving Throw: Special|
|Target: One metal object of up to 80 gp/level in weight|
